We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental United States usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Aurzen electronics come with a standard 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. You can also opt for an extended protection plan at checkout for additional coverage.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. A small restocking fee may apply to opened electronics that are not defective.
Are Aurzen devices compatible with smart home ecosystems?

How can I track my order status?
